 A Camembert style made the classic way with a difference, ours do not have the bloomy white rind.
All our cheese is made using natural cultures and these are not sprayed with Penicillium camemberti which is used in the production of Camembert and Brie cheeses, on which colonies of P. camemberti form a hard, white crust.
Packed at 5 weeks the cheese matures in flavour and changes in texture over the weeks.
